Live visuals inspired by an Orwellian high-tech building in Berlin.

This project features live-generated visuals based on self-recorded footage of the iconic ICC (Internationales Congress Centrum) in Berlin. Merging the raw and in a way dystopic essence of the building's high-tech architecture with modern technology, the visuals were enhanced through creative coding techniques, adding layers of abstraction. Questions like “Are we living in a simulation?”, “What do the present and an Orwellian future have in common?” or “Has surveillance capitalism gone too far?” are interpreted freely. The visuals were mixed and presented at several venues, including DigitalAnalog Festival, Heitsch Gallery, Villa Mohr and Pixel 2 in Munich.
